Dorney Photos destruction

Hey, look at this http://www.coasterquest.com/dorney.htm Looks like this guy was angered by the destruction of the Journey to the Center of the Earth and has actually boycotted Dorney. Read the text. He must be older, since he values nostalgia and historic things. His name is Walt Reiss as seen on the photos. And what does he mean All of the historical valuables at their own home park in Ohio have been carefully preserved? Even Cedar Point has removed old rides for the "next big thing" such as removing Mill Race (old mill) for Raptor in 94, removing Pirate Ride (dark ride moved to CP from Bronx NY in 1967) in 97 for arcade? Just ride was removed, pirate building is there and former loading platform used as small arcade. Rest of building used for storage. Here are sites about Pirate Ride http://www.virtualmidway.com/history/at ... teride.asp Well, I can see clearly what kind of company Cedar Fair is. They even remove old rides at their home park. But, they bought Knott's park in Calif. and removed Haunted Shack, a walk through crooked house. But, they didn't get rid of the two dark rides, Mine Ride and Kingdom of the Dinosaurs. Knott's may be the only park in the CF chain with dark rides (besides Disaster Transport at CP)

We get what you are trying to say about dark rides, but we also don't need so many topics on them. Let's try and confine things to a topic an not create a new topic for every new bit about dark rides.
