Too bad this couldn't have happened last year, then maybe we wouldn't be getting Invertigo.

I'm a bit confused, I haven't really taken the time to read far into this, but what exactly does the buyer plan to do with the park? Isn't it a real estate company or something? Will the park be closed?

Seems like $70 Million is very low...I wonder if that's just for the land and CF gets to keep all the rides to move/sell?

I think it's for the rides and everything else on the property. If I recall, CF doesn't own the land but the city does.

I expect the buyer to keep the park open for 2012 and then close the park, but that is just a guess.

Was it even a good park? From what I hear, not many people are saddened by the news.
