When you take your King's value card (the market a few minutes away from the park) out of your wallet since you won't be using it until May (I ended up going to that market so often to get a hoagie, chips and a soda after going to the park and staying past dinner that I ended up getting a value card for the market).

...when you've come back to this forum for the third year in a row to realize you're not getting a season pass, but finally being of age to work!

(turned 14 may 6th last spring, didn't think i'd be able to apply since i was turning of age the day the park opened :x )

You are going to apply right away (like January) to work right? The positions for 14 year olds fill up really quickly.

...when you resurrect a 2 year old thread just because reading through it was fun.

...when you read through said thread and discover that Dollywood is open in december and immediately make elaborate and entirely impossible plans to visit.

I know what you mean, I was thinking about driving 20 hours just to go to Busch Gardens. Not going to happen but I was planning in my head if I could drive without stopping or sleep in the car somewhere, I am going to Hershey hopefully in a few weeks but it isn't the same without coasters.

I drove by the park Tuesday night, it was so strange to see all the coasters just sitting there without any lights on in the park. I have never been up in Allentown during the offseason before so I had never seen the park like that. I was able to get a better look at WWK and that also looked strange to have it dark there as well even with it closed during Haunt, you still had light in the area from the main park.

Even though it was 30 degrees out, I was really wanting to take a quick spin on Talon.

Or...you plan a real scale model of your favorite ride that was just removed from DP...but realize you won't have time to any major scratch building yourself for the foreseeable future and decide to order a custom model of another defunt Dorney ride.

You make it a point to stop at Ice Cream World once a week and stakeyourself out a good spot at the "starin' window".

...You find yourself riding roller coasters online (watching videos) rather than really riding them. :D

You drive by the parking lot just to look at pieces of Demon Drop and stare at the coasters and wish they were running even though it was 26 degrees outside.

On the way home from Target, you stop at a family entertainment center that has a coaster simulator (picture here: http://www.bmigaming.com/Images/tsumo-j ... logies.jpg )

The choices are Phoenix, Twister and Raven and it is 50 cents to use.
